About

Yarudora Series Vol. 2: Kisetsu wo Dakishimete (Embracing the Season) is the second installment in the Yarudora series of FMV adventure games developed between Sony's Sugar & Rocket and famed animation studio, Production I.G. The story follows a young man and his childhood friend who discover a young girl laying unconscious underneath a cherry blossom cherry one day. When the girl awakens she doesn't remember who she is but the protagonist does, she was a girl that he had a crush on in high school but who died tragically in a car accident years ago. Somehow she is alive again, looking the same as she did in high school. The title released in Japan on July 23, 1998 for the PlayStation and was later ported to the PlayStation Portable in 2005.

Storyline

Spring. Tomoko has always been a great friend of mine since we were young. Though I only thought of her as my buddy, she seemed to have different kind of feelings for me. One day, when we are walking along the cherry blossom trees, we find a girl lying unconscious underneath a tree. It's a girl whom I had a big crush on in high school - a girl who was killed in a car accident...
