Time Leap for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 is a console port of the original PC visual novel. As is standard for adult-oriented titles transitioning to home consoles, all explicit content was removed and the narrative adjusted to maintain story continuity. These versions focus on utilizing the game’s 3D character models and high-definition visuals for a television-based experience.

While both versions introduce new elements over the PC original, the console iterations feature varying degrees of technical enhancements and additional content. The releases include new gameplay modes and event CGs, with the PlayStation 3 version specifically adding support for 3D TVs. Together, these ports represent the title's expansion into the console market with refined features and platform-appropriate content.
