Storyline

You are the somewhat reluctant Guardian of Castle Grayscale. It’s your job to protect the Chalklands and its peculiar inhabitants — most of whom are not especially helpful.

The legendary Sword of Grayscale was forged to imprison a terrible evil threatening the Chalklands.

Now the sword lies shattered. Its fragments are scattered across the land, the ancient seal is weakening, and the princess who once protected the kingdom has fallen into what appears to be a forever nap.

Recover the fragments, try not to mess it up, uncover the truth behind the growing darkness, and decide the fate of the Chalklands.
