Alongside a career-style World Tour, the game offers free exploration of the mountains and asynchronous online challenges where players compete for scores and times.
Storyline
SSX follows Team SSX, a group founded by riders Zoe Payne, Mac Fraser, and Tane Mumea. Gathering nine of the best riders in the world, the team sets out to conquer the nine deadliest descents across the globe, from the Himalayas to Antarctica. Standing against them is Griff Simmons, a former member of the team who intends to conquer the same descents first, setting up a race to see who will claim them.
