With each visit, every customer will share their thoughts, feelings, and worries with you. They will place their trust in you, and in return, you must reciprocate.

Listen to their requests carefully. When they are finished, go to the back room and choose the mask that best suits each person's needs. Once you have it, give it to them, and they will leave with their hearts at peace.
