All documents enclosed relate to ██. ██████ and █████████’s history within the Youth Training and Development Initiative (YTDI)’s child cybernetics and processing program. Unauthorized release of any information constitutes an unacceptable risk to stop’s reputation and will result in immediate termination and potential incarceration.

These documents were recovered from Stop backup servers from previously corrupted data. They pertain to the incident that occurred at YTDI Facility #001 on Oct. 1st, 207█, and record the events from ██. ██████'s first arrival at the facility to the date of the incident.
