Black and White 3: Genesis is a hack of Pokemon Crystal Version. It is a sequel to Black 2/White 2 Versions, and takes place in Unova, a number of years following the events of B2/W2. In this game, you play as a young trainer from Humilau City, and will embark on a journey around the region to catch Pokemon, collect Gym badges, and thwart the plans of a mysterious group claiming to be Team Plasma, a terror group that was supposedly disbanded years ago.

Storyline

The story begins in the calm, seaside settlement of Humilau City, where you step into the shoes of a novice trainer ready to embark on their first Pokémon journey. Five years have passed since the freezing of Unova and the fall of the Neo Team Plasma, and the region has enjoyed a period of relative peace and reconstruction. As you set out to collect Gym Badges and compete in the Unova League, you quickly discover that the region is not as safe as it seems. Whispers of a reorganized criminal element have begun to spread across the cities and routes you traverse.

As you travel deeper into the region, you encounter a mysterious organization that claims to be the resurrection of Team Plasma, a terrorist group thought to have been disbanded years ago. Unlike their predecessors who sought to liberate Pokémon or freeze the world, this new faction operates with shadowy motives connected to forbidden research and powerful technology. You are thrust into a conflict that forces you to investigate their operations, leading to the discovery of the "Genesect Project," a dangerous initiative that threatens the balance of the entire region.

Your quest to stop this new threat will take you across the diverse landscapes of Unova, from the bustling streets of Castelia City to the rugged terrain of Victory Road. Along the way, you will cross paths with legendary figures from Unova's past, including former champions and heroes like N, Iris, and Cynthia, who have their own stakes in the unfolding drama. The journey culminates in a high-stakes confrontation to prevent history from repeating itself, requiring you to master your team and uncover the truth behind the new Team Plasma's origin.
