Mel and her girlfriend, Lynnie, have been soulbound since elementary school. It was under the guidance of the sun and the moon that they first struck friendship and then eventually love. Now, still under their guidance, they remain inseparable like a tumor to a patient.

Mel trails behind her coworker's car. They agreed to head over to her place to 'hang out'. This, though, does not explain the secrecy in which they act.
