Storyline
In the fictional coastal city of Ventura Bay, a young street racer and a small crew of friends chase recognition from a handful of legendary underground driving figures. Working through the city's nighttime racing scene, the player builds a reputation across different styles of driving while navigating the ambitions and rivalries within the group.
