Morikomori Life is a social and simulation game featuring Ghibli-style artwork, with a core experience that is based on farming and social relationships. The main character, Kaon, receives a secret letter from her grandmother, which leads her back to her childhood hometown of Komori, a quiet village far from the hustle and bustle of the city, where she experiences a healing life.

The Japanese-style paradise-like village is depicted using 3D toon shading to reproduce realistic textures, bringing the animated world to life. The village is filled with pleasant Japanese landscapes, where players enjoy fishing, farming, housing, and other activities.

Storyline

You return to Komori Village, your childhood hometown, where you can till the fields, enjoy cooking, go hunting and fishing, renovate your home, dress up in your favorite outfits, make friends, and experience a peaceful and relaxing rural lifestyle.
