About

An electronic novel where the protagonist must dive into the minds of four deceased powerful figures in order to save the world from destruction.

Storyline

In a dystopian future on the brink of collapse, Arch-Senator Hay-Seuss Pederson faces an enraged mob protesting outside the Palace of Post-Technological Studies. As society teeters on the edge of disaster, Pederson is summoned to the White House, where President Helen Honda and her advisors debate last-ditch efforts to save civilization. Pederson proposes using the Virgil Device, a controversial neuro-electronic propulsion experiment, as humanity’s final hope.

Dr. Virgil, a renowned scientist and poet, is called upon to prepare the device for an urgent experiment. The next morning, an unnamed protagonist arrives for the mission, experiencing eerie visions and a sense of foreboding. Virgil explains the objective: the protagonist must travel through the minds of four powerful historical figures to retrieve The Wheel of Wisdom, an ancient artifact said to hold the key to humanity’s survival. The journey will culminate in an encounter with The Cave Master, the prehistoric being responsible for civilization’s earliest innovations. As the experiment begins, surreal images hint at the trials ahead, and the Mindwheel starts to turn.
