About

In the Virtual Console version, the Network Menu now lets you obtain one copy each of all secret chips except for GunSolEX. GrandPrixPower and Duo event chips are nowhere to be seen.
BassXX is fightable in-game without the need of Patch Cards. If you press Left, L, and Start on the title screen, he replaces Bass Omega in Black Earth 2.
Since multiplayer content is totally inaccessible: Free Tournament, opposite version Navis in tournaments, and boosted RedSun / BlueMoon GigaChips are inaccessible as a result.
