Playable on Mac OS X using "Fringe Player 2", an app programmed by Greg Parker for Sealie Software in 2007.

Storyline

You are alone on patrol at the unexplored borders
of the Interstellar Alliance's territory. It's a remote,
forbidding region known as the Fringe. Suddenly you
are attacked by a marauding band of aliens. They are
a new and belligerent race, whose battle tactics defy
belief. You are too far away for assistance to reach
you. Can you repel the invasion single-handedly, or
is it only a matter of time before the Interstellar
Alliance falls at the hands of the Lunatics?
