With her death, the sapphire disappeared...
Judd, a former detective who is now an insurance investigator in Manhattan, contacts J.B. of his former workplace to investigate the murder and the sapphire's whereabouts...
A completely different story that takes place in the same world as "Manhattan Requiem."
