Storyline

In the quiet town of Newton Abbot, a strange disease has left every resident a clone of a man named Derick. As the town’s overworked pharmacist, you must diagnose illnesses, dispense medication, and manage supplies while juggling increasingly complex demands. Questionable orders from Vitacure HQ force you to choose between compliance and resistance, with six possible endings shaped by your ethics and performance. Epi-Derick is a darkly surreal blend of simulation, puzzle management, and unsettling humour.
