Dusk Index: Gion is an upcoming psycho-suspense adventure game from Tokyo Dark creator Cherrymochi in collaboration with Bushiroad Games.

Storyline

An augmented reality experience called “Echoes of Kyoto” invites people on a journey to the Meiji era of Japanese history.

However, a murder case with striking similarities to one that occurred in the Meiji era takes place in modern-day Kyoto.

The story spans two eras—the modern era and the Meiji era—and follows the investigations of a modern-day detective, Daiki Katsuki, and a Meiji era detective, Masayoshi Nagahama, whose paths eventually intersect.
