After somehow surviving a plane incident involving a terrorist and a pair of hijackers, Effie finds herself in a cabin conveniently located in the middle of the ocean. In this cabin, she meets a sentient houseplant named Ana.
Storyline
Dearest mother and father...
My flight ran into a bit of trouble and I think it'll take a while for me to return home. Of course, by a bit of trouble, I actually mean a lot of trouble. And by a while, I actually meat that I may not be able to come back at all.
Why, you ask? Well, there was a pair of heavily armed hijackers, and a suicide bomber that managed to get get past airport security. Strangely enough, the hijackers and the suicide bomber had conflicting interests, spending roughly an hour arguing where they were going to crash the plane.
Needless to say, the plane was destroyed after they finished arguing, I'm pretty sure everyone that was unfortunate enough to have been a passenger of that flight is gone as well.
I don't know how many days have passed that incident and I don't particularly care. I somehow survived and ended up in a cabin with a sentient houseplant.
