Aunt Fatima is a horror game where you play the role of a kidnapped person by Aunt Fatima and her husband who found a way to escape from the house. Aunt Fatima and her husband kidnap people, force them to stream on the dark web, then kill them and sell their organs on the black market. You are the only one who managed to find a way to escape from the house.

To escape, you need to solve puzzles, collect items that will help you along the way, and find keys to unlock your way out. Aunt Fatima roams around the house, and if she sees you, she will chase you. Try to hide in cabinets to avoid her. Uncover the buried secrets of the house.
