Atelier Series
Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk DX
About
The first entry in the Atelier "Dusk" series. Ayesha goes on a journey to find her missing sister. Learn the truth behind alchemy and the glowing flowers in the land of Dusk within 3 in-game years. This entry introduces an order-sensitive Synthesis system where players can expect to constantly recheck the steps until they reach a satisfactory predicted result, as well as a positional Turn-based Battle system where players can use "AC Support" depending on party members' position in combat.
Storyline
The Dusk has fallen upon this world many times, yet people have managed to survive and reclaim a meager livelihood thus far.
In a secluded atelier (workshop), there lives a girl making her living by making medicine.
Her name is Ayesha Altugle.
Several years after her grandfather passed away, her younger sister, Nio, went missing after asking her to gather alone in the Herb Garden behind their Atelier. Despite efforts of finding Nio, she's now presumed dead, with a gravestone placed on where she's last seen. Ayesha now lives a solitary life with only her pet cow to call family.
Memories of Nio were beginning to fade little by little, until one day... Ayesha saw the figure of her long lost younger sister as she gathered in the same place Nio's grave is located.
As she learns that her sister is still alive somewhere in the world, Ayesha embarks on a journey to find clues on trying to bring back her sister. This journey leads to Ayesha learning new knowledge about the land she lives in and further knowledge behind the medicine-making process that she learned from her late grandfather.
