Perfect World Entertainment

Perfect World Entertainment was established in 2008 as the North American subsidiary of Chinese publishing company Perfect World. In 2021 Embracer Group announced that they were in the process of buying Perfect World Entertainment, along with their subsidiaries and IP, to be placed under Gearbox's management. The deal was completed in 2022 and Perfect World Entertainment was then rebranded as Gearbox Publishing.
